Terms and Conditions:

Welcome to Parfumea Copenhagen. The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our webshop.

Prices:
All prices on the webshop are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT in accordance with current Danish legislation.

Payment:
We accept secure payment methods via our payment providers. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the order has been dispatched.

Delivery:
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time in Denmark is typically 2–4 business days depending on the shipping provider.

Right of withdrawal:
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within this period.

Returns:
For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. For hygienic reasons, perfumes cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken.

Refund:
Once we have received and approved the returned item, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Complaints:
According to Danish law, a 24-month right to complain is granted. If you receive a defective item or an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
